Stephen's vision was to create a niche Queenstown catering company where professional, personalised and quality standards are achieved with each and every client to the finest detail, and then thoughtfully created and tailored to the event. There are no limits to the possibilities and ideas and if it exists, we will source it and deliver the goods. We strive to be diverse, forward thinking and often work outside the square to achieve results.

Chef Stephen Mills' food style is described as simplistically elegant and visually graphic combining only the best of fine flavours and products. "I only serve the food that I would eat myself". Encore Cuisine often uses organic seasonal local produce, preservative free meats and seafood such as: Hereford Prime Beef, Canterbury Lamb, Akaroa salmon, Organic oysters, Organic cheese, Wagyu beef, Free range eggs, Free range poultry, Fiordland Crayfish, Havoc Farm organic pork.

Encore Cuisine proudly works within a permanent exclusive base operation at Stoneridge Estate that is situated overlooking magnificent Lake Hayes, however we are also available for any other venue. Stoneridge Estate is committed to providing a unique venue with a difference. This tranquil alpine retreat is enhanced by their experienced service staff, fine cuisine and wine and by an ambience that compares to no other while leaving guests with a lasting memory. The Estate comprises of 5 hectares of vineyard and water gardens, has unsurpassed panoramic lake and mountain views from every room and boutique luxury 5 star lodge accommodation facilities for smaller groups.
