What price can I expect to pay for a house in Queenstown?

Prices for housing ranges significantly.

You can get a room in a flat for as cheap as $90/week or up to $200/week

This all depends on location and how hard you are willing to look for a good deal. In peak season, I found that prices advertised locally were anywhere from $130-$150/week (before bills). But if you ask around, you can definitely find deals starting around $100.

You can also get a very nice house of your own for similar prices but be expected to stay for a minimum of 6 months (for the lease term)
Owners can be flexible with the lease if they need someone to move in.

Hope this helps Ricky!
