After months (and years) of essential field research, Erik took to the kitchen to create the very best version of New Zealand’s beloved dish.
Now settled in his colourful trailer in central Queenstown, Erik and the team cook up fresh fish and chips using as many local ingredients as possible.
Fried in rice bran oil and using gluten free ingredients (and almost all dairy free), Erik’s fish and chips are the perfect treat if you’ve got food allergies or an intolerance.
