Founded in 1983, Parkinson's New Zealand is the only national charitable trust dedicated to supporting people with Parkinson's and Parkinson's Plus conditions. They offer home visits from trained educators, support groups, referrals to health professionals, advocacy support, and resources covering managing the condition. Social activities, fundraising opportunities and volunteering are also available.
