Use of the site
- You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes to discover activities, businesses, events, and information about Queenstown.
- You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use automated tools to abuse our AI features.
- You are responsible for any content you submit and must not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
Information accuracy
We work to keep listings, prices, opening hours, events, and AI-generated suggestions accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee they are complete or error-free. Always confirm details (especially prices, availability, and safety requirements for adventure activities) directly with the operator before booking or attending.
AI features
The AI Concierge and Trip Planner generate suggestions automatically. They may occasionally be inaccurate or out of date. Treat their output as a helpful starting point, not professional or safety advice.
Analytics
We use self-hosted, cookieless, first-party analytics to understand and improve how the site is used. If you sign in, this usage is associated with your account via an internal identifier plus your role and plan (never your name or email), and you can opt out at any time in your account settings. Bookings and affiliate links
Many bookings are completed on third-party partner sites (e.g. Viator, Expedia). Those transactions are governed by the partner’s own terms and conditions — we are not a party to them and are not responsible for them. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, editorial content, and compilation are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute substantial portions without permission. Photography is used under the terms of its respective sources (e.g. Unsplash, Google Places), with attribution where required.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, reliance on its content, or any third-party booking. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
