This trust provides housing assistance to eligible households across the Queenstown Lakes district regardless of financial situation. They develop quality, affordable homes throughout Wānaka and Queenstown, and run various programmes along a housing continuum designed to help people move towards home ownership. Their Secure Home programme offers assisted ownership for those who might not otherwise be able to buy.
