UrbanFox
About
UrbanFox is a self-guided scavenger hunt and puzzle adventure through central Queenstown, designed for couples, families, friends and small groups looking for a fun and affordable way to explore the town.
Using your phone browser, your team follows a 3.6 km route through Queenstown, solving 14 clues, completing photo challenges and uncovering local stories, landmarks and history along the way.
The experience takes around 1–2 hours and can be started whenever suits you, with no guide, fixed departure time or app download required.
UrbanFox is ideal if you want something a little different from the usual Queenstown activities, whether you're visiting for the first time or you're a local wanting to discover parts of the town you may have walked past before.
The hunt costs $15 per team, rather than per person, making it a low-cost activity for groups looking to explore Queenstown at their own pace.
