Local Food Wanaka
About
Local Food Wanaka organises the Autumn Apple Drive, a hands-on community event held at Luggate Memorial Hall where people of all ages can learn to turn apples into chutney and fresh juice. You can drop in for part of the day or stay all day, bring your own fruit and containers, and leave with jars of chutney and pressed juice. They also partner with the Wao Autumn Harvest Festival to offer foodie workshops and a shared long lunch.
